Managing your Meta Ads account with agency collaboration is essential for efficient advertising campaigns. Below is a step-by-step guide tailored for Deux Digital clients to seamlessly add agency partners to their Meta Ads account.

Step 1: Access Business Manager

Before adding an agency, you must have a Meta Business Manager account. If you do not already have one, visit the Meta Business Manager to create an account.

Step 2: Navigate to Business Settings

  1. Log in to your Meta Business Manager.
  2. Click on Settings in the left-hand panel.

Step 3: Add Partners

  1. Within Business Settings, locate and click on Accounts on the left-hand menu.
  2. Select Ad Accounts and choose the account you want to link with your agency.
  3. Click the Add People or Partners button.

 

Step 4: Assign Partner Permissions

  1. When prompted, select Partners and input the agency’s Business ID. Your agency partner should provide this ID.
  2. Assign the appropriate permissions. For most agencies, you will need to grant Full Control to ensure they can manage and optimise your campaigns effectively.
  3. Click Assign assets.

Step 5: Notify Your Agency Partner

Once the agency is added, they will receive a notification and can access your ad account. Ensure you inform them about their addition so they can verify and start working on your campaigns.
